Help Resources in  Blackboard

OpenSUNY Helpdesk – Once logged into Blackboard, on the Suffolk Online tab, you can find a link to the OpenSUNY Online Helpdesk as well as contact information.

Student Orientation – Students have the option to enroll in the OpenSUNY Blackboard Student Orientation course where they can learn how to use Blackboard for their courses. Click here for instructions on how to enroll.

Blackboard Help for Instructors– In the Course Menu, in the Course Management area under Control Panel then Help, there’s a link to the Blackboard Help for Instructors.HelpforInstructors

Blackboard Help for Students – In any Course Menu, by default, there’s a Help link to Blackboard’s Help site for Students. Note: While an instructor of a course has the ability to remove this link, it is highly suggested that they don’t.
